Course Learning Objectives
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
Identify how their personal food staples influence mood, energy, and mental clarity, and make intentional adjustments to support emotional steadiness.
Apply weekly nutrition practices — hydration, fresh produce, protein balance, blood sugar stability — to improve focus, digestion, and stress tolerance.
Develop a personalized nutrition foundation that supports long‑term mental wellness, using reflection, planning, and body‑awareness tools from the workbook.
