About Geva Salerno

I am a certified wellness practitioner, author,

educator, and community builder. I live in sunny Florida and I have a passion for helping women over 40 feel happy, healthy, and inspired.

I have a bachelors degree in biochemistry and I love sharing my knowledge of nutrition. I truly believe that good nutrition is the key to health and longevity.

Another passion is seeing people connect to others and grow on a personal level. I have worked as an activities therapist for over six years and I love working with groups and leading retreats.
